WHO am I?

Hi, my name is Thomas Aebeløe. I'm an international commercial executive with 15+ years experience of building businesses across all regions in EMEA. I've gained my knowledge on strategy, business development, frameworks and commercial processes from within the B2B SaaS tech and software industry, from small startups to Google. Today I act as an external advisor and business consultant.

WHAT i do

I work with B2B founders and senior executives that are on the brink of taking their businesses to the next level, professionalising their commercial organisation. I help them answer the following questions: "What is our purpose?" "Who is our ICP?" "How do we craft our GTM strategy to align with our purpose?" "How do we break down our GTM and execute on it?" "What are our ideal sales channels?" "How can we set up a partner ecosystem for a scaled sales approach?" "How do we build an effective commercial culture, in order to reach our strategic objectives and milestones?"

HOW I do it

Step one: 30 min free introduction and discovery session focusing on your specific challenge. Jointly aligning on the structure and process from here.Step two: Arranging and conducting video sessions or in person sessions/workshops.Discovery call is free. All subsequent sessions are either conducted by phone, video or in person. The hourly rate per remote session is £300. For in person sessions or workshops, a customised price will be provided.
